These terms apply when you use B6AI Connect to find and book services — a haircut, a turf, a room, a cleaner, a guided walk — from the businesses listed on it. B6AI Connect is operated by Example Company Pvt Ltd, Example Street, Example City 000000, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a booking you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What B6AI Connect is
B6AI Connect is a marketplace. The businesses listed here provide the services; we provide the listing, the booking system and the payment collection. When you book, your contract for the service itself is with the business. Our job is to take the booking accurately, collect payment where the business asks for it online, and pass on what you are owed if things go wrong.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. There is no password. You are responsible for your email account, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us at support@example.com straight away if you think someone else has.
You must be 18 or older to book, or book with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Making a booking
When you choose a time, we hold it for you for ten minutes while you check the details, and for fifteen minutes once you are paying. While it is held nobody else can take it. If the hold runs out before you finish, the time goes back on sale.
The price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay. It includes any taxes the business charges. Some businesses take the whole amount online, some take a deposit, and some are paid in person when you arrive; the checkout screen tells you which before you commit.
A booking is confirmed only when we have received your payment from our payment partner, or straight away for businesses that are paid in person. Some businesses review each booking before accepting it; if so you will be told, and anything you paid is refunded in full if they decline.
Cancelling and changing a booking
Each business sets its own cancellation terms, and they are shown to you before you pay. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones shown when you booked, even if the business changes them later. See the Cancellation Policy and the Refund Policy for how this works.
You can cancel or move a booking from My bookings. We show you what you will get back before you confirm. If the business cancels, you get everything back.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password. Refunds go back to the method you paid with.
Reviews
After a visit you may be invited to leave a review. Reviews must be about your own experience, honest, and free of abuse, personal details of staff, and anything unlawful. We may remove a review that breaks these rules. We do not remove reviews because they are negative.
Things you must not do
Do not make bookings you do not intend to keep, book in someone else's name without their permission, try to get round a hold or the payment step, scrape or copy the site, or interfere with how it works. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our responsibility
We take care to show accurate information, but the details of a service — what is included, how long it takes, who provides it — come from the business. The business is responsible for the service it provides. We are responsible for the booking and payment system working as described here.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will publish the new version here with a new date, and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in. We will not apply a change to a booking you have already made.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Example City have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission. If something has gone wrong, please contact us at support@example.com first, or raise a grievance through our Grievance Redressal process.
