This policy explains what personal data B6AI Connect collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and what you can do about it. B6AI Connect is operated by Example Company Pvt Ltd, Example Street, Example City 000000, India, which is the Data Fiduciary for your data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, and your name and phone number if you give them. We use your email address to sign you in with a one-time code; we do not use passwords.
- Your bookings: what you booked, where, when, with whom, how many people, and what you paid. For work done at your home, the address you give.
- Payments: the amount, the method (for example "UPI" or "card") and the payment reference. Your card number, UPI PIN and bank credentials go directly to our payment processor and never reach us.
- Messages: the emails we have sent you and whether they were delivered.
- Your agreements: which version of these terms you accepted, and when.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser type when you sign in or make a booking, used to keep accounts secure and prevent abuse.
We do not collect your location from your device, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we use it
We use your data to take and manage your bookings, collect and refund payments, send you confirmations and reminders, answer your questions, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records. Reminders and summaries are optional and can be turned off in your notification settings; messages about a booking you made cannot be.
Who we share it with
- The business you book with receives your name, contact details and booking details, so that it can provide the service.
- Razorpay processes online payments and refunds.
- Amazon Web Services hosts the platform and stores uploaded photos, in India.
- Our email provider delivers the emails we send you.
These processors act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your account for as long as you use it. If you delete your account, it stops working immediately and can be restored by signing in within 30 days; after that, your name, email address, phone number and home addresses are permanently erased. Records of bookings and payments are kept in anonymised form for as long as Indian tax law requires, which is generally eight years.
Your rights
You can:
- See your data — download everything we hold about you from your account's privacy page.
- Correct it — change your name and phone number in your account, or ask us to correct anything else.
- Delete it — delete your account from your account's privacy page.
- Withdraw consent — to optional messages at any time, in your notification settings.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.
- Complain — to our Grievance Officer, and if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
We use only the cookie the service needs to work: the one that keeps you signed in. Your browser also remembers, on your own device, that you have dismissed our cookie notice; that is never sent to us. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Children
The service is not meant for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect a child's data without the consent of a parent or guardian.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and every change to a booking or payment is logged.

Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with a new date, and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in.
