These terms apply to businesses that list their services on B6AI Connect, which is operated by Example Company Pvt Ltd, Example Street, Example City 000000, India ("we", "us"). They apply in addition to the Terms of Service. You accept them when you list your business; the person accepting must be authorised to bind the business.
Your listing
You are responsible for what your listing says: your services, prices, hours, staff, photos and location. Keep them accurate. Prices must include every tax you charge, because the price a customer sees at checkout is the price they pay. You must hold every licence and registration your business needs.
Listings are reviewed before they go live, and we may decline or remove one that is misleading, unlawful or outside what the platform is for.
Bookings
Bookings are made against the hours, resources and capacity you set. The system prevents double-booking only for times it knows about; if you take bookings elsewhere, block that time in your calendar.
If you accept bookings by hand, you must accept or decline promptly. A booking nobody answers expires, and the customer is refunded in full.
Payments you receive
You choose how customers pay: fully online, a deposit online, or in person at your premises. For online payments, we collect the money through Razorpay on your behalf.
For each completed booking paid online we keep a platform fee of 10% of the booking total, plus GST at 18% on that fee. The rest is your earning.
An earning becomes payable 48 hours after the booking is completed, so that a customer who was not served can raise it first. Payable earnings are paid to your verified bank account or UPI ID in a weekly batch, once your balance reaches ₹500. You will see every earning, fee and payout on your dashboard.
Payments collected in person are between you and the customer; no platform fee is charged on them.
Cancellations and refunds
You set your cancellation tiers — how much a customer gets back for cancelling a given number of hours ahead. The tiers in force when a booking is made are the ones that apply to it, and customers are shown them before they pay.
If you cancel a booking, or decline it, the customer is refunded in full, whatever your tiers say, and the refunded amount is deducted from your balance. Repeated cancellations by a business may lead to the listing being paused.
Chargebacks
If a customer's bank reverses a payment, the amount is deducted from your balance while it is investigated. We will ask you for evidence that the service was provided, and pass it to the payment provider. If the chargeback is decided in your favour, the amount is returned.
Your customers' data
You receive the name, contact details and booking details of your customers so that you can provide the service. You may use them only for that, keep them secure, and not sell them or use them for marketing without the customer's own consent. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you are responsible for the data you hold.
Invoices and tax
We issue you a tax invoice each month for platform fees. You are responsible for invoicing your customers and for your own tax filings. Where the law requires us to collect tax at source on payments we make to you, we will, and show it on your statement.
Ending the arrangement
You can close your listing at any time; bookings already confirmed must still be honoured or cancelled with a full refund. We may suspend a listing for a serious breach of these terms, and will tell you why.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Example City have jurisdiction. Contact us at support@example.com about anything in them.
